AOPA Sweepstakes Cessna 182

The AOPA Sweepstakes is a bi-annual drawing that offers participants a chance at winning a grand prize airplane offered by AOPA. The campaign brings in financial resources to AOPA's Aviation Advocacy Fund, and also serves as an opportunity for member acquisitions. The sweepstakes grand prize for this campaign was a Cessna 182 Skylane. 

This sweepstakes airplane was a special throw-back to help celebrate the inaugural issue of AOPA Pilot Magazine. This exact make and model of aircraft were featured on that very first cover and we wanted to pay homage to the mid-century modern era. Combining retro atomic shapes and iconic black and white images that add to the idea of product personification.
