AOPA Member Onbaording Email Series
In early 2022, the AOPA Member Experience team began the task to develop new renewal campaigns—both direct mail and email—and integrate a tactical framework that focused on a member-centric approach. The final piece came into play with the ability to flag a members record with a preferred channel, which would determine the start of a member’s renewal path (i.e., mail vs. email).
Each email highlights specific member benefits and links the user to the most lucrative areas on the AOPA website. Meant to serve as a nurture or engagement series, we wanted to ensure that the email design was functional within a Salesforce environment and provided and aesthetically pleasing solution. The design also reinforces campaign visuals from other business units throughout the company while maintaining a cohesive templated approach. This helps ensure a familiarity for the viewer throughout the series while allowing our email team ease of programing.
