Jen Tyler is currently a creative project manager at AOPA (aircraft owners and pilots association) in Frederick, Maryland. Prior to joining the team at AOPA, she fulfilled the role of senior graphic designer at Kalico design. Jen began at Kalico as just an intern, and throughout her years there she developed an eye for the aesthetic, a strong work ethic and an engaging attitude, all of which resulted in a diverse and award-winning portfolio. Her passion for graphic design has been a valuable asset in helping to brand her clients' visions.
Her commitment to the professional community is demonstrated by service on both the executive boards of the American Advertising Federation Greater Frederick and AIGA. As education chair of AAFGF, Jen was responsible for organization and outreach to faculty and students who participated in the American Advertising Awards. As co-coordinator of Portfolio Bootcamp, Jen organized sponsor donations, secure professional reviewers and served as liaison between local community colleges and universities.
When Jen is not working she can be found horse back riding, throwing pottery or trying a new or well-established favorite restaurant.
